The ND Lottery was founded in 2002 and officially began in 2004 after voter approval of Measure 2, an initiative constitutional amendment of the North Dakota Constitution. North Dakota is one of the few states that only partakes in MUSL (Multi-State Lottery Association) games, and cannot sell in-state games. 24% of all revenue from ND Lottery ticket sales goes to the State General Fund.
The ND Lottery offers the following lottery games: Powerball, Mega Millions, 2 by 2, Lotto America, and Lucky for Life.
