Francis Derouin from Belchertown also won a $1 million prize within the Massachusetts State Lottery. His ticket was in the “The Fastest Route to $1 Million” instant ticket game from Pride Market in Ludlow.

Derouin made a decision to get a one-time payment of $650,000 and has intentions of renovating his home.
