Lottery ticket worth millions sold at San Jose Safeway
SAN JOSE — Someone in a Safeway store purchased a golden ticket — a winning ticket worth more than $12 million — on Saturday.
The champion selected all five Super Lotto game figures that were 5, 20, 22, 24, 32 as well as the mega number, 15.
The individual, who bought the winning ticket in the Safeway at 1530 Hamilton Means by Willow Glen, was the only person within the state to obtain all the figures.
The individual has 180 days in the date from the draw to assert their prize.
A $7 million winning ticket was offered within the February 19th during a Powerball drawing in an East Bay supermarket.
A supervisor in the Willow Glen Safeway directed inquiries to their corporate offices, that have been closed Sunday.
