SCOTT COUNTY MAN HAS AN “ACE IN THE HOLE” TO WIN $150,000

It’s too bad that Curtis Templeton of Weber City didn’t have his glasses with him when he scratched his Ace in the Hole ticket from the Virginia Lottery. If he’d been wearing his glasses, he would have seen immediately that it was a $150,000 winner!
Instead, he showed it to the clerk at the Rally Mart at 91 Second Street in Hiltons, where he bought the ticket. The clerk confirmed it was a top winner.
Mr. Templeton is retired from the Army and currently works in school facility maintenance. He told Lottery officials he intends to use the winnings to pay bills.
Ace in the Hole is one of dozens of Scratcher games offered by the Virginia Lottery. This is the second ticket to win $150,000 in Ace in the Hole, which means there are two top-prize-winning tickets yet to be claimed.
